Sometimes entrepreneurs, lecturers, news researchers, support staff, or instructors find themselves in a situation where the best and a more fashionable way to describe a problem or idea would be in actual-time using video recording. This can be done effectively on Windows operating systems using Microsoft Office – PowerPoint-2013 and later.
The screen-recording software available in
Microsoft Office Setup PowerPoint-2013 and later enables users to record actions on their computer desktop – together with the related sound, and then put it on a presentation slide, or even save it as an independent file to use in another program. This can help individuals greatly especially when demonstrating realistic information more clearly to other people.
Before you can start recording screen actions on your computer and listen with an associated sound, you need to make sure that you have sufficient storage space to enable it to record and save.
Additionally, you need basic computer hardware like the microphone, sound card and speakers to make everything work successfully.
This article shows how you can capture screen actions in form of video and use it in your Microsoft Office presentation or even store the video as a separate file in your computer system.
